fresh ingredientshelpful staff
The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. I liked the availability of fresh ingredients in the restaurant. Michael and Jay-R prepared a very nice omelette. I found this especially helpful for my breakfast needs.

Decent Hotel, Some Disappointing Aspects
poor soundproofingstock issues
The room was decent, but the soundproofing was not great. Upon check-in, there was no drinking water available in my room. The front desk informed me that it was out of stock. Daily amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not replenished promptly. One night, I waited for two hours for a toothbrush (I found it quite odd), only to be told in the early hours that they were also out of dental kits, and I'd have to wait until the next day. the service left much to be desired.

The location is quite convenient, being near the Mansion House tube station.
My room had a small window facing a wall. Not much natural light there. The food quality varied significantly between nights (I guess depending on who was in the kitchen). the hotel has no parking, a local car park cost a pretty penny.
